How do I book a ticket online?+
Use the Book Ticket page, select your route, date, departure, choose your seats and enter your details. You'll get a confirmation with a QR code.
Can I cancel or change my booking?+
Yes, please call our office at least 12 hours before departure for cancellations or changes.
How many bags can I bring?+
Each passenger is allowed one hand luggage and one checked bag up to 20kg free of charge.
Do you accept M-Pesa and other mobile payments?+
Yes, we accept M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa and major cards at all our offices.
